My test was simple make a Assault fit add shield extender in High slot.Shield recharger Low slot.No guns pistol or anything just those 2 modules.Buy 3 levels in Shield upgrades.3 levels @ 3% = 9%.......... CPU was written down before the buy into Shield Upgrades.So it should have been what the fits current CPU was, times 9%.Subtract that total from the Previous CPU usage before the buy and that should have been the new total CPU being used by the fit..............there was no difference in CPU from the before and after. To the fit.
no reduction 3% or otherwise. |

thanks Carl ....I'll have to check this out.Still.I dont see why it wouldn't do it for all.....nothing in the description says that the reduction only applies to the BPO's.Just weird.Why would you have to get levels in the skill to unlock higher tier modules and not get the reduction. |

Well Ive talked to other players they say its doing it for vehicles but not there Dsuits. |
